Digital displays are an excellent way to provide general information, real-time company updates, web links, SharePoint files or news streams to employees and guests. Our displays are ideal for an office entryway or lobby because they are highly visible, even in bright fluorescent lighting or direct sunlight.
Virtual Environments
We design, install, and maintain virtual environments. Virtual environments can be leveraged to enable teamwork and communication among employees when meeting face-to-face is not possible or convenient. Our systems can be used for both fully virtual and hybrid experiences.
A true virtual environment is much more interactive and immersive than a software-only system such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In a virtual environment, participants have face-to-face interactions with the presenters. Our displays have cameras and speakers that tie directly to the virtual participant so that when the presenter looks and speaks to them, they are looked at and spoken to directly.

What We Do
Applied Graphx designs, installs and manages interactive communication systems. These solutions use digital displays connected to media players as a core. We have two main courses of offerings: the first are digital displays for one way communication, such as office entryways, wayfinding and mass information that needs to be updated regularly. This type of display increases communication in all industries and is seen in lobbies, breakrooms, and production areas, to name a few. Anywhere that requires current information using a variety of inputs is perfect for this equipment. The displays are also robust and bright enough to be outdoors, or in windows with direct sunlight.
The second offering is for interactive meetings with some participants in physical attendance and others joining remotely. Problems such as effective information sharing and “equal footing” participation between remote and in-person attendees are addressed.
